eCornerstone User Group

The Department of Human Services is sponsoring eCornerstone User Group meetings. The purpose of the User Group meeting is to provide a forum for eCornerstone users to share system experiences among themselves and with state program and system staff.

All eCornerstone users are welcome to attend the meetings; however, those front-line and direct service staff who use eCornerstone frequently will find the meetings most interesting. A question and answer format will encourage participants to raise questions, issues and experiences with eCornerstone. Users’ insights and suggestions are another expected by-product of these meetings.

State staff is particularly interested in users’ opinions regarding eCornerstone’s ease of use, stability and reporting features. State program administrators, Community Services and Support Consultants, and eCornerstone developers will be available to answer questions and consider user recommendations.

The user group forum is a long-standing practice within the community of Cornerstone users. Since 1998, Cornerstone users have convened at least quarterly to discuss their concerns and issues with the system. During these meetings, the users first discuss issues among themselves, often resolving problems at this level. Unresolved issues are then presented to program staff and system developers. Over the years, many issues and problems have been addressed because Cornerstone users took the time to participate in the user group meetings.
